Corry faced off against Cathedral Prep Thursday night in the Beaver Dam. Prep had no problem against the Beavers, going up 24-4 after one and 45-13 at the half. Prep cruised to a 70-21 victory.

We knew going into the game that Prep was loaded with talented players. I was proud of the girls for never giving up. It was a great learning experience for us. Our goal was to get a little better and I believe we did. We got to go out and compete against the best team around.

Leading the way for Corry was Rylee Nickerson with 7 pts-10 rebounds followed by Haley Mumau with 6 pts-4 assists, and Sadye Dyne with 6 pts-2 assists-2 rebounds. Halle Albers had 2 pts-2 assists while Regan Kemp had 2 rebounds-1 steal and Reagan Porter had 1 rebound.
