Out played, out worked is the story of that game. That team was not better talent wise than us, but they just have a different mindset. They come out and work hard and do the little things right. We don't know what we are going to get on a daily basis. It starts at practice and then feeds into games. 

We beat teams we should, but then fall down to good teams that we have to play well all 4 quarters in order to win. Its mindset, we can't be ok with the way we are playing and we have to turn it up a notch. The teams we are losing to our 4A caliber teams, and it's just because we are not all there. 

1st and 3rd quarter we showed glimpses of what we should look like on a consistent basis. The other two we are giving up 2nd and 3rd chance opportunities,  not getting back on defense, not playing aggressive, taking plays off, and not taking care of the ball as well as we should. I called on some guys and I hope they sense the urgency that I do and can make this thing work down the stretch.
