Congratulations to three Corry Volleyball Juniors – Halle Albers, Aubrey Chase, and
Makenna Moore for being named to the AVCA (American Volleyball Coaches Association)
Phenom List. This is the first time Corry has had three different players recognized by the
AVCA in the same year.

Halle Albers – Junior Outside Hitter was second on the team with 201 kills and 59 service
aces, and third on the team with 224 digs.

Aubrey Chase – Junior Middle Hitter led the team with 252 kills and a 0.316 hitting
efficiency, and third on the team with 16 blocks.

Makenna Moore – Junior Outside Hitter led the team with 98 service aces, second on the
team with 402 digs, and third on the team with 182 kills.

Since the start of the Phenom Program, 80% of participating athletes end up on college rosters!
The 2023 AVCA Phenom College Prep Program will take place from December 14-17,
2023 in Tampa, FL.
