The Pre-Participation Athletic Packet needed to participate it 2024-2025 athletics is attached.  Athletic physicals for 2024-2025 school year MUST happen after May 1, 2024 and before participation in regular season practices or competitions. You can also pick up a hard copy of this packet in the high school or school district administration office after May 1, 2024.  Free physicals will be given on June 10th between 8:30 and 3:00 at the high school.  There are a limited number of appointments. You must call the school office prior to June 10th to sign up for an appointment time.  The Pre-Participation Athletic Packet must be filled out and signed before you can get a physical.
