The Lady Beavers hosted the Huskies Monday night in a region basketball game. Corry found themselves down by 6 after quarter one with a score of 9-15.  The Huskies were able to extend their lead to eleven by halftime.  Down 29-18, Corry continued to battle in the second half but would eventually fall to Harbor Creek with a final score of 60-43.

Each game is a learning opportunity for us.  There were things that we did well and things that we can improve on.  We start the second half of region play on Thursday against GM.

Leading the way offensively for Corry was Haley Mumau with 18 pts-2 assists followed by Grace Allen with 12 pts-4 assists, Rylee Nickerson with 5 pts-1 assist, Halle Albers with 4 pts-5 assists, and Sadye Dyne and Regan Kemp with 2 pts each. Nickerson finished the game with 11 rebounds-4 steals followed by Dyne with 9 rebounds, Mumau with 4 rebounds-1 steal, Allen with 3 rebounds-2 steals, Albers with 3 rebounds-1 steal, and Kaygen Rogers with 1 rebound.
