For the 2025-2026 school year - Corry Athletics is moving to Student Central for all of the PIAA CIPPE forms and Corry Code of Conduct signing. 

Parents will need to create an online account first, and then create an account for their student athlete.

The website link is located on the corryathletics.com homepage in the upper right corner.

For those student-athletes that had their Physical completed during the free school physicals offered on May 15th - you will only have to create an account.  Their paperwork that was already completed will be uploaded.
